Bruce Dickinson powraca do swojego drugiego albumu. W 1994 roku wypuścił on "Balls to Picasso", ale pomimo dobrego przyjęcia artysta nigdy nie był z niego do końca zadowolony. Po wydaniu "The Mandrake Project" wokalista Iron Maiden postanowił ponownie zająć się tym materiałem, a efektem jego prac będzie "More Balls to Picasso". Materiał został ponownie zmiksowany i zmasterowany, Philip Näslund nagrał nowe partie gitar, a w "Tears of the Dragon" pojawi się Adassi Addasi. W "Gods of War" dodano orkiestracje, za które odpowiada Antonio Teoli, jak również amazońskie instrumenty ludowe. "Shoot All the Clowns" z kolei wzbogacony zostanie sekcją dętą od Berklee College of Music. Tracklistę uzupełnią dwa numery "na żywo, ale w studio", a więc "Gods of War" i "Shoot All the Clowns".
